Enjoy four pink drinks, each expertly paired with four petite plates, curated by our Executive Chef to showcase how flavour, texture and wine come together.

Your journey begins with Mrs. Muller Aperitif paired with chicken liver parfait-filled pani puri, followed by Pink Valley Sparkling with charred caper bruschetta and marinated squid. Continue with Pink Valley Rosé alongside rose harissa butternut, before concluding with Vallon des Glauges Rosé (France) and sticky pork belly with ponzu mayo, pickled carrot and shisho.
