The inspiration for this exclusive event comes from the international award-winning cookbook Harvest Table by executive chef Monché Muller. The book, which in 2023 earned the coveted Best in the World title at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards, celebrates the culinary and winemaking traditions of France, Italy, Spain, and South Africa.

At the Harvest Table Dining Experience, Chef Monché cooks directly from these pages, transforming recipes into a four-course journey that celebrates both heritage and creativity. Think South African-inspired seafood potjie, authentic French bouillabaisse, or Sicilian fritters—all reimagined with a contemporary touch.


Not Just a Pairing: A Conversation Between Food and Wine

Unlike traditional food-and-wine pairings, this experience treats both elements as equals. Each course is accompanied by wines from Taaibosch, Le Chant, and Pink Valley Rosé, as well as selected international partners from France, Spain, and Italy.

Guiding the evening are two experts: Chef Monché Muller, who shares the stories behind the dishes, and one of the Oddo Vins et Domaines winemakers, who uncorks the narrative of each wine. Together, they invite guests into a conversation that’s as rich as the flavors on the table.
